Was down with stomach virus for more than a week... it was painful!!! It jeopardised my daily activities like eating, work, thoughts, mood and even sleep.....and it was so draggy!!!!
Thank God that I am well now! And i was telling myself that i will keep a healthy lifestyle once i recover, so now is time to make things count!....hmmm...hopefully.....
What is stomach flu? Stomach flu is a viral infection that affects the stomach and small intestine. It is also called viral gastroenteritis. The illness is usually brief, lasting 1 to 3 days. But sometimes can be up to 1-2weeks.
What are the symptoms? When you have stomach flu, you may have one or more of the following symptoms:
• fatigue
• chills
• loss of appetite
• vomiting
• nausea
• stomach cramps
• diarrhea
• low-grade fever
• muscle aches.
The illness may develop over a period of hours, or it may suddenly start with stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea.
How is it treated? The most important thing to do is to rest the stomach and intestines. You can do this by first eating nothing and drinking only clear liquids. A little later you can eat soft bland foods that are easy to digest.

This year i have made an exception to join my godparents family for reunion dinner instead of having KFC all by myself at home..
Well...i was used to having reunion dinner alone for many years now...maybe it was good for me to get a taste once again how a family reunion dinner was like...
I missed my dad....
